Question about DK`s, rivets and maker marks...

    Hi guys,

i would like to post a question that has been raised here, is it often found or found at all on DK`s that the maker mark is a double strike ? i tried to search on the forum for threads but for some reason couldnt find any, any help and mainly photos would be highly appreciated

With the rivets, does Deschler crosses have hollow rivets or only full ones ?

    Many thanks for the replys

    regards, Gabor

double strike? means double stamp on the pin? not often seen, but i will not pay much money for this "rare" cross, my judgement is only reliable on maker and condition.
Deschler ---- i never see the hollow rivets!

i have another question to all DKiG fans, could anybody identify the mm20 and mm134 only by their obverses only?

Thanks for your info, the pin is stamped twice and is a double strike, my question to be more clear, is that a bad sign or its ok ? if anybody knows photos of some could they please post them ?

The cross has normal rivets not hollow, i was just wondering if Deschler crosses came with hollow rivets...

There was a Zimmermann DKiG sold here some weeks ago with double marked mm on the pin, it was 100% original.

        Edit: here you go http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=512463

My deschler has the mark slightly double struck. Deschler's do not have hollow rivets.
